Compatible Toner & Ink Cartridges – Remanufactured and compatible cartridges for copiers, printers, and fax machines are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 180 days from date of shipment. (refer to B/L) We cannot guarantee against damage resulting from improper storage or other misuse, nor shall we be liable for incidental or consequential damages.If, at any time, ECOI Technologies’ compatible parts and supplies fail to perform according to the aforementioned, ECOI Technologies will replace the item or credit the full purchase price.
Compatible Spare Parts – Compatible parts, including copier drums, fuser rollers, and drum cleaning blades are warranted to be free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. If, at any time,ECOI echnologies’ compatible parts fail to perform according to the aforementioned, ECOI Technologies will replace the item or credit the full purchase price.
Refurbished Printer – All brand of refurbished printer are warranted to be free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.If, at any time,ECOI echnologies’ refurbished printer fail to perform according to the aforementioned, ECOI Technologies will replace the spare parts in China or we will provide advice if you are not in China
